Introduction - Mrs.
Denson's was built on private label baking.
The majority of our sales and our reputation for integrity come from the
work we do for others. Some of these accounts have been with us for 20
years. Research and development services are also available.
Co-Packaging versus Private Labeling
- These
are two words that are often used as the same... even though there is
a subtle difference. Here at The Baking Company of Ukiah, we really do both. We can utilize
your recipe, prepare it for mass production, and package them under your
Brand. This is Co-Packaging. We can also place our cookies
with your Label or Brand on them. This is Private Labeling.
In either case, you handle your own marketing and distribution deals,
we handle producing the cookies. Mrs. Denson has helped to launch over
20 Private Labels in the last 20 years, and almost all of those cookies
have steadily increased in sales.
Consultation - Unsure
whether Co-Packaging is a good idea for you? Our general manager, Mike Bielenberg
is happy to talk with you personally about the options, explain the process
and personalize the experience.
Research and Development - We
can start from scratch or modify an existing recipe to meet nutritional,
flavor, and texture or cost standards. Often, small companies are scared
away by the exaggerated costs of big production company budgets. The Baking Company of Ukiah is extremely sensitive to start-up costs and will work with you
to insure that your cookie dreams will see the light of day!
Production - We can
bake your product at The Baking Company of Ukiah, or help you find a facility to
accommodate your needs. Once we have worked out the details of your specific
recipe, its time to put your cookie into the production line. Custom shapes
are as easy as a new cookie die. You can provide us with packaging pre-printed
and ready to be filled, or we can help you with that step too.
